Delivery and insurance cost for delivery within Australia is a flat rate no matter how many products you order. When shopping across our other brands within your same order, you will be charged the lowest delivery fee. Charges are per order and are not based on weight.

 

We strive to deliver every order as soon as possible. On average we will dispatch in stock orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. We dispatch weekdays and delivery times will vary depending on your distance from our dispatch point in Sydney. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery of your product(s).

Track your Aramex parcel with ease using Receiving Mode

 

What is Receiving Mode?
Receiving Mode is an option in Aramex Connect’s free online portal that allows you to:
- Track all your parcels in one place
- See photo proof or signature proof of delivery
- Book redeliveries or redirect your parcel if needed
- Add nicknames to parcels to easily identify them

 

How do I sign up for Receiving Mode?
It only takes a minute:
1. Go to aramexConnect.com.au
2. Enter your email address (use the same one you used for your order)
3. Create a password
4. Confirm your password
5. Click Register

 

 

Can I see where my parcel was delivered?
Yes. If your parcel was left without a signature (Authority to Leave), you can log in to Receiving Mode to view a photo showing where your parcel was placed. Parcels under a specific value are automatically marked as Authority to Leave.

 

 

Can I see who signed for my parcel?
Yes. If your parcel required a signature, you’ll be able to see a copy of the signature in Receiving Mode.

 

 

Returns
Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. You will receive a credit or refund for the full purchase price - excluding delivery and insurance fee. All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a full one year from date of purchase except personalised items which have a 30 day Supplier's Warranty. All of our quality products come with a 12-month money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.

Option of credit note instead of refund

Innovations customers who are entitled to a refund in accordance with the Innovations purchase terms or Australian Consumer Law have the option of choosing to accept a credit note of a value that is 10% higher than the refundable amount (e.g. 110% of the refundable amount (including GST)), instead of receiving a cash refund for the refundable amount.  The decision whether or not to accept a credit note instead of a refund is entirely the customer’s, but if a credit note is selected, the following terms shall apply to the credit note:

 

  • the decision to accept a credit note is final and cannot be revoked for change of mind;
  • the credit note value will be for 110% of the full purchase price (including GST), but shall exclude the delivery and any insurance fee;
  • the credit note can be redeemed for any product on the catalogues or websites of Innovations or any Innovations brand including Infashion, Damart, Victoria Hill, The Fox Collection and Entertainment Masters, but cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded as cash;
  • if the credit note is redeemed for a product purchase that is subsequently returned, the refund provided (whether as cash or credit note) shall be less the 10% increase previously provided; and
  • the credit note will be valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
